The agreement
By purchasing or using a product from Elite AI Factory you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use a digital product, not the product itself. Products are delivered as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped, and there is no subscription unless one is explicitly stated at checkout.
Your licence
You may use the product for your own work and within your own organisation. You may not resell it, redistribute it, publish it, or present it as your own, in whole or in substantial part. Specific products may carry different terms, stated on their page.
Updates and access
Purchases include access to future revisions of the same product. Access is provided by secure one-time links sent to the email address used at checkout, so keeping that address reachable is your responsibility. We are not able to recover an account because no account exists.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
